Ridge: October 24 (??), 1943; Scheinfurt, Germany Daytime. 384th Bomb Group was allegedly encircled by groups of silver-colored discs during bombing run. German fighters, normally seen to swarm around and through the formations were mysteriously absent. This was supposed to have been reported in a secret document dated Oct. 24, 1943, to the War Office, Whitehall, London. We have not been able to locate this document, but the story by Wally Hoffman, has been secured and previous research by Any Roberts is listed below..
