RADCAT is a revitalized special project now being conducted jointly by NICAP & Project 1947 with the help and cooperation of the original compiler of RADCAT, Martin Shough, to create a comprehensive listing of radar cases with detailed documentation from all previous catalogues, including UFOCAT and original RADCAT.

Two Radars Track Blips

At 0545Z (1:15 a.m. local time) an object was picked up on the GCA scope travelling at an estimated 40 to 60 mph at an estimated 4 to 6 thousand feet on a course of 120 degrees until it reached the 5-mile ring where it paused for 30 seconds. A blip picked up on a second scope veered to a heading of approx. 210 degrees then to 140 degrees and disappeared at approx 9 mile range. There were no aircraft in the GCA area at the time.
