Ridge: Dec. 14, 1950; Knoxville, Tennessee 4:05 p.m. A group of targets blanketed the radar scopes in the area directly over the government Atomic Energy Commission projects at Oak Ridge. These objects could not be identified from the radar image and a perfect fighter interception met with negative results.The FBI document found below, and the transcript by Larry Fawcett and Barry Greenwood found in Clear Intent (page 173), show that they were not identified and scope photos were taken. However, these radar tracks were not listed among the Blue Book Unknowns.
