Page 55 of the UFO Evidence (1964) lists two cases by J.J. Kaliszewski & others. The first sighting actually began on the evening of the 10th. Maneuvering UFOs were observed during balloon tracking flights. Dr. James McDonald provides a good report below, and copies of Kaliszewski's statements are provided from page 56 of the UFO Evidence also.
