Koby, piloting an F-84C aircraft flying west at approximately 15,000 feet observed a silver looking object that looked like an airplane without a tail section. The object was traveling in the opposite direction at an altitude of at least 20,000 feet and appeared to be tumbling or rolling until it was lost in the sun. The speed of the object was estimated to be more than 300 mph. The length of the observation was approximately 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
