From 10:25 p.m. local time, June 22, until 3:00 a.m.
local time, June 23, multiple witnesses reported at least seven
sightings of
flying objects in the Columbus area. There were observations of
ground-visual, air-visual, and
ground-radar. One witness observed 3 objects passing over his house. He
did not hear
any noise. One sighting by a qualified pilot estimated the speed of
objects at 300
mph. A sighting was made at the Columbus Airport Control Tower.
