RADCAT is a revitalized special project now being conducted jointly by NICAP & Project 1947 with the help and cooperation of the original compiler of RADCAT, Martin Shough, to create a comprehensive listing of radar cases with detailed documentation from all previous catalogues, including UFOCAT and original RADCAT.

Dan Wilson:

were sighted by civilians and AF personnel. There were radar returns on MPS-14 and FPS-10 radars.  The objects were described as well defined, circular,  white, and the size of a dime to a quarter held at arm's length. The radar contact was at 277 degrees at 12 miles and revealed movement from 27,000 to 24,000 feet.
