RADCAT is a revitalized special project now being conducted jointly by NICAP & Project 1947 with the help and cooperation of the original compiler of RADCAT, Martin Shough, to create a comprehensive listing of radar cases with detailed documentation from all previous catalogues, including UFOCAT and original RADCAT.

2:19 a.m. The 754th AC&W Squadron at Port Austin observed on an FPS-3 radar set several very large objects that flew at speeds in excess of 1200 knots in the vicinity of Gore Bay, Canada. The first flight was observed at 2:19 a.m. CST and the last flight was at 2:52 and 30 seconds a.m. Five total flights were observed during the period. (Dan Wilson)
