Animal Reaction Feature:
A woman, approximately 40, advertising technician and private pilot with an interest in psychic events, took her dog and cat outdoors at 5:30 am where she saw 3 amber lights fly by, passing above 1600 foot clouds.  The witness estimated they were more than a mile away.  The dog and cat appeared unaffected.

Joan Woodward, Animal Reaction Specialist:
The witness took her pets outdoors before leaving for work on a partly cloudy morning in a suburban setting with woods in the area.  Coming from the WNW, the amber lights (yellow orange) were moving abreast, with the lead light higher than the others.  They passed above1600 foot clouds and maintained the same formation as they flew a 110-degree arc in about a minute until disappearing behind trees to the south.  At their nearest, she estimated their elevation at 25 degrees and their altitude unknown.

The witness seemed to have an impression that she was seeing 3 separate glowing amber objects maintaining an unchanging formation as opposed to 3 lights on one object.

No sound, no EM effects, and no physiological effects were reported.
