Animal Behavior Feature:
Three dogs, normally noisy and loud, were totally silent as the witness observed a silent disc-shaped object hovering about 10 feet above the house across the street from her.

At 11 PM, on a clear night, a 31-year-old woman was watching TV when she heard drag racers outside.  She looked out a window and saw an object like “two paper plates, one inverted on top of the other.”  The object was hovering above the house across the street from her.    She went to get a camera, and when she returned, the object was gone.  

She estimated the object as about 12 feet high and 40 feet wide.  It was silver in color and had two rows of 10 lights, each about 3 feet in diameter, along the centerline.  The top row of lights was red, and the bottom row, white.  The object was moving about 5 mph west to east, and appeared to rotate.

No sound was reported.  No EM effects or physiological effects were reported.  The witness reported seeing a similar object in Germany in 1976.  Also see September 14, 1989, Cantonment Florida, for another sighting by this witness, with her dogs behaving in a similar fashion to that described here.
