Animal Reaction Feature:
Area dogs barked as a slow-moving boomerang flew over the neighborhood at tree top altitude.   The witness thought the dogs were barking at the humming sound made by the object.

Joan Woodward, Animal Reaction Specialist:
The witness was a female, approximately 30, college degree, who appeared well adjusted and was married to a cruise ship captain.  At 9:30 pm on a clear night, the witness was outdoors when neighbors pointed out the boomerang. She described the object’s surface as glowing and the color as white. No external lights were noted.  No apparent or actual size estimates were given.

The object was moving east to west very slowly at an estimated 1 mph.  After 10-15 minutes, it turned and “blinked out.”  The witness got in her car and relocated the object and watched it until it disappeared.

No EM effects and no physiological effects were reported.  A humming sound was reported.
