Animal Reaction Feature:

Dogs alerted the witness, who then saw a domed disc approach at low altitude (500 feet or less).   Several dogs continued to “bark-howl” when the object was near.  The object passed low over the house and continued off into the distance.  It made a sound described as a combination of a washing machine and air conditioner.

Joan Woodward, Animal Reaction Specialist:
This incident occurred at 8:30 pm on a clear night.  The location was a farm.  A woman, 45, and her father, 69, saw a domed disc as indicated above.  When overhead, the objected glowed white (bottom center) and then dark, and it had a green cross-pattern at the lower perimeter (not sure if lower perimeter refers to bottom or side of object—jw).  There was a steady yellow light on top and steady red lights around the side.  The object was viewed for an estimated 2 minutes, and the witnesses noted that the house lights dimmed as it passed over.

Sound and EM effects were reported.  No physiological effects were reported.
