Animal Reaction Feature:
At 8 am on an overcast day with fog and rain, two men saw a herd of cattle running flat-out toward them and away from the area of pasture over which the men had just seen a silent, brilliant blue ring about 200-300 feet high in the air and more than 500 feet from them.

Joan Woodward, Animal Reaction Specialist:
Two ranchers, 65 and 20+, in their truck saw a ring in the air over a field for a few seconds before it disappeared.  They saw cattle running from the area and the power wires were swaying radically up and down in a 6 foot arc.  The ring was an unwavering brilliant blue, oval shaped, estimated 30 feet in diameter and 2-3 feet thick. The ring’s elevation was about 25 degrees.

Three days later a dead calf was found and investigators speculated this was a possible cattle mutilation attempt.  Investigators did a 2 hour site visit.

No sound, no EM effects and no physiological effects were reported.
