towards a cosmic-ray balloon at 90,000-100,000 ft and 15-30 miles away
saw 6 objects fly over and around the balloon, hover then vertically
ascend out of sight. (Hynek-CUFOS Willy Smith files)Dan Wilson: 2:00 p.m. or 3:15 p.m. CST. According to the PROJECT 10073 RECORD CARD, photos were taken of these objects. See 6779839 & 6779877.
