3:20 a.m. (GMT). USAF pilot and radar observer flying in an F-94C jet fighter saw and radar tracked a bright white object that accelerated to high speed, and tracked by ground radar. (Weinstein; FUFOR Index)

  At 0320I 1st Lt. John W. Martin, pilot, and 1st Lt. Edward A. Monard, radar observer), flying in an F-94 on a mission were told by ground radar (Bromide) that there was an unidentified object on their tail. The F-94 turned into the unknown object and locked on with its radar. The object accerlated at tremendous speed and pulled away. The length of the observation was 15 seconds.
