A six page report and a two page Exhibit "H" on the sighting of an
unidentified aerial object in the vicinity of Montgomery, Alabama, on
July 24, 1948. The report is written by Project Officer Capt. Robert R.
Sneider, USAF.
The investigation was initiated in compliance by verbal
instructions from Maj. General Cabell, Director of Intelligence, AFOI.
Factual Data:
It is evident that three and possibly four seperate incidents were
involved.
(1) Robins AFB, Ga./ Montgomery, Ala., July 24th
(2) Near Blackstone, Virginia, July 24th
(3) Chamblee and Augusta, Georgia, July 26th
(4) Chamblee and Augusta, Georgia, July 26th
