WILMINGTON, OHIO
Prof. Shapley, Director of Harvard Observatory said that a new
comet should be visible in the northern hemisphere on
the southwestern horizon on about January 1, 1948.
Information pertaining to the appearance of a flaming red cone in
the skies of Wilmington, Ohio, on January 7, 1948, at between 7:20
and 7:55 P.M.
