11:40 a.m. Army officers Maj. Day [May?], Maj. Olhausen, Capt. Vaughn saw 2 oblong white discs, flying at about 200-250 mph, make a shallow turn. Three-inch object passed through field of fire on Waco #4 firing range.  (Berliner)

Observed an oblong white object 1000 feet above the ground flying west to east. Apparent size of object was that of a three inch disc held at arm's length.
Time in sight: 30 to 50 seconds
Speed: 200-250 MPH
