was founded in Arizona in 1964 by Ray Stanford. It was relocated
to Texas in 1967, where better funding and facilities became available
by late 1973. Therefore, the original Project Starlight International
should not be confused with the relatively recent "Project Starlight"
of Stephen Greer, which has no connection personally, historically, or
philosophically with Project Starlight International and its Laboratory
for Instrumented UFO studies, as described in the Journal of Instrumented
UFO Studies, Volume 1, Number 1, reproduced with permission on this website.
