======= REPORT ======= At 20:09:20 (8:09:20 CDT), 1H09M20S CUT, MADAR 29 was triggered. No anomalies "showed" on any recording, but an anomaly in the form of a "phantom pulse" activated the Mode Control Panel and its duration was less than 1 second. A time fix on the COMMO recording documented the activation time as being approximately 8:10 p.m. The exact time was confirmed on the WWV/RADNET recording as 8:09:20 CDT. ========= ANALYSIS ========= TERS RECORDING =============== Phantom pulse and audible second pulse. =================
