======= REPORT ======= At 3:46 PM (20H46M CUT) MADAR 30 occurred. No anomalies were found on any recording. The "Phantom pulse" that activated the Mode Control Panel was caused by an usual power surge/outage. A time fix on the COMMO recording documented the activation time and the cause. The audio channel recording law enforcement (LE) transmissions showed a transmission documenting that a truck had struck a power pole and there was a power outage to residential customers in that area. The outage was unusual in that there was a slight electromagnetic deviation at the MADAR site. Power was restored at the MADAR site instantly while the outage at the accident site was more extensive. ========= ANALYSIS ========= TERS RECORDING =============== Excellent audio on both channels. =================
