Multiple Anomaly Detection & Recording

INTEL Summary

  NOVember 2018
The Mutual UFO Network has partnered with the MADAR Project, along with the National Investigations Committee on Aerial Phenomena, in a joint venture code-named Project MATCH in an effort to correlate alerts regarding detection of electromagnetic/geomagnetic anomalies with actual sighting reports, and ultimately provide an early warning system to state directors and other researchers. The Project is also seeking volunteers for additional MADAR sites. This report covers the current month and may be updated at any time, but usually finalized within 2 weeks of the last month final entry date.

NOTES:
MADAR AlertStarts without obvious documented alibis and reported sightings are listed below in chronological order and grouped by date. In respect to potential correlations, the actual MADAR dataline is pasted in to show the ambient readings prior to and at the AlertStart. Supporting printout excerpts from the National UFO Reporting Center and are injected. Sightings of interest should be assigned to MUFON and MUFON sightings of interest should be given higher priority due to a potential MADAR correlation.

November 4, 2018; Middlefield, Middletown, CT
10:25 pm. Witness noticed a bright light that first appeared to be a plane descending over the Middlefield hills while looking out the front window atop a Durham ct hill. Witness was located south of it, facing north. It moved slowly in a downward 45-deg direction towards the west, paused, and descended again slowly straight down. It paused again, then spun as if it was a centrifuge. Lights dimmed and disappeared. Guess at location would be, near Wadsworth State Park or further north. It was unusually bright.(MUFON CMS)

Forty miles to the east is Norwich, CT, MADAR Site Node 103. Anomaly was detected ten hours earlier at 12:39 PM

Stratford and Black Rock, Connecticut are about 7 miles apart. Black Rock is about 60 miles SW of the Newington MADAR site. Stratford is even closer,  Node 106 is about 46 miles to the northeast. Something might have been going on in the region involving the same object or several objects. Some of the photos are interesting from Black Rock but the video from Stratford was not working.

November 28, 2018; Black Rock, Connecticut
3:50 p.m. While taking the dog for a walk in the park across the street from witness' home, observer decided to take continuous shots with an iPhone camera of the beautiful sunset. Upon review of the photos, there was a bright blue object darting around the sunset in a different spot in each photo, all of which took place over a few seconds time. Magnifying the object shocked the witness. It was clearly a disc type shape. Witness submitted digital photos. In the last photo the object is magnified. (MUFON CMS)
November 28, 2018; Stratford, CT
5:28 pm. Witness walked out of the house and just looked up, and there saw the "lights" rotating. Was leaving and thought maybe they were someone's Christmas display. Thought it would be visible later but when witness returned from playing a basketball game at about 9:20 pm, looking in the now clear sky there were no lights. (MUFON CMS)

Nothing showed up on the NUFORC printout for that date.
