EQUIPMENT MODIFICATION REQUEST

[   ] I wish to have my MADAR set up on wifi. I will provide by SSID and password. Once tech support has performed his procedure, this is the order of events to get new configuration and wireless set up:
-- Plug in node to network cable
-- Plug in power supply
-- Let node sit for about 20 min.
-- Shutdown node by pressing and holding the blue button.  Green activity light should stop blinking
-- Unplug network cable
-- Unplug power cable
-- Move node to new location
-- Plug in power supply

[   } I'm moving more than 10 miles from my previous location and need to have my device re-programmed. I realize the history will be changed so the node number will also have to be changed.

[   ] My MADAR doesn't seem to be operating properly.
