SUCCESSIVE NODE PENETRATION
The Moving Target Loop

...

25 June 2020; updated 25 Aug 2024

There are two ways to work with sightings that penetrate an area with MADAR nodes. One is the conventional way (Array) of node ops comparing notes and data, nothing really knew about that. Then there is the MTL or Moving Target Loop method, using similar methods as used by FR24 to create a loop from the MADAR Map. Regarding the latter, we're not there yet. But I thought about all four years ago and posted this paper in the MADAR 101 files in 2020
.

MOVING TARGET LOOP
Anyone who has used the playback feature on the Flight Radar 24 program has noticed the form one fills out, requesting the date, the time in UTC, and the playback speed. You could then view the flights that were running, where they were, where they went.

From the very beginning we envisioned a UFO traveling across a region filled with MADAR nodes, turning the registration dots "red" as they went. The only problems with this are, 1) most node operators don't have the time to sit and watch their monitors, and 2) without a good saturation of nodes, only certain areas of the globe would have the capability. All this assuming UFOs travel laterally from one point to another which Operation Foal Eagle kinda disputes.

There is ample evidence in the literature of UFOs on radar disappearing between 60-second sweeps and reappearing at another location. This could be accomplished by vertical or high speed horizontal departures. But if there was ever any doubt about either of these maneuvers, the "tic tacs" over the Pacific fleet has blown all this away.

If we ever get around to it and have the potential of a MADAR loop, it would show nodes changing color and moving around. This could be scientifically very valuable whether it in a area with only one or two nodes or a cluster of nodes as described in the previous paper on Successive Node Penetration with ARRAYS.

Anyone interested in participation in either Project MADAR or Project t MATCH is  certainly welcome. Please contact me at:
