3:45 p.m. Five objects observed by two witnesses. One object moved vertical. Described as steel gray and at least one was a disc with two flanges. 400 mph.

Observers: Leo G. Crisman, Aircraft gunnery instructor in WWII
                  Samuel Hood, Supervisor of Water Association, Mesa
                  Also two children of Leo G. Crisman, age 7 and 9
Number of objects: Four at first and then a fifth object
Shape: Disc
Color: Steel gray
Size: N/S
Altitude: Extremely high
Speed: Varied, maximum of 400 MPH
Direction of travel: One moved SE, second moved E, third moved NE,
                               fourth object went upward, fifth disc appeared in the
                               west moved eastward
Maneuvers: Same as above
Time in sight: Four objects 30 minutes, fifth object about 25 seconds
Apparent construction: Metallic
Comments: Seven power binoculars were used to view the objects for part of
