September 28, 1960, crash reported to Sheppard
AFB, Wichita Falls, Texas. Crash at a point eight miles west
of Wichita Falls (spelled Witchita Falls in document). Command
notification has been made to ATIC for a team to come to the scene,
based upon personal evaluation of the Assistant Provost Marshal,
Sheppard AFB, who has had experience with "Moon Dust".
Sheppard Air Force Base Provost Marshal has custody of
debris.
