An ATIC Team from the 1127th USAF Field Activities
Group, Ft. Belvoir, Virginia, headed by Capt. ALEXANDER, had
investigated the incident.
4245th Strategic Wing (SAC) , Sheppard AFB, Wichita
Falls, Texas, received a report at 0425 hours on 28
September 1960 to the effect that an unidentified flying
object (UFO) had crashed some five or eight miles west of
Wichita Falls, Texas.
