Subject: Captain Willis Sperry Case: CIRVIS Report / Interview / Final Report ???

A person would certainly expect more in the Blue Book files on THIS case, but a check turned up only a few documents. The first one is the CIRVIS Report (filed in accordance with directive Communications Instructions for Reporting Vital Intelligence Sightings). The Sperry interview is too brief. The final report actually states there is no file. Because of the quality and seriousness of this report, and the fact a CRVIS report was filed, one comes to the conclusion that the file didn't just get lost. Where did it go?
