The Kirtland AFB, March 21, 1950, sighting is not listed in the Blue Book Master Sightings Index. In my opinion this sighting was a rather good one and included as witnesses members of the 4925th Test Group (Atomic). As Hynek once said, the good UFO sighting reports never made it into Project Blue Book.
