Witness observed a disc-shaped object flying low, estimated at 500 feet.  Object was 35-40 feet in diameter, 15-18 feet thick, grayish white in color, with steam or vapor streaming from the rear.  Object made a complete turn in a small valley and then moved on at at hight rate of speed in a westerly direction.
