USAF Major D.W. Feuerstein, pilot at Randolph Field,
Texas, standing on his front porch observed a small flat intensely
bright object in the sky 25 to 30 degrees above the earth's surface.
Object traveled from left to right. Object turned to a vertical position for eight minutes and then slowly tilted to the horizontal position.
