3:00 am. This famous case of the photo
of a
banded light can be found in a lot of UFO books and magazines in the
1960's and later on. Not sure what the object was, but unless the entry
from Brad Spark's Comprehensive Catalog of Project Blue Book Unknowns
is the same sighting (not an original BB unknown and time not given),
there were other strange sightings the same day of a brilliant light in
Texas that date. Report details are linked below.
