March 24/25, 1967; Roy (about 30 miles NE of Lewiston), Montana (BBU)
O-Flight of Malmstrom AFB, USAF 341st Strategic Missile Wing, reportedly had unexplained deactivation of 6-8 Minuteman nuclear ICBM's within several secs of each other during UFO close encounters involving a red saucer­ shaped object in early morning hours. USAF security guard allegedly injured and medivacked out. There is no documentation for this missile shutdown on about March 24, 1967, whereas the March 16 shutdown is extensively documented in official records and unit histories.
