Case Directory Two dogs barked wildly as an orange object approached with 50 feet above the ground and roughly 150 feet away. The dogs continued barking for the duration of the 5 minute event, and then became quiet when the object disappeared. Joan Woodward, Animal Reaction Specialist: Three children, ages 12, 11, and 7, were playing in a field at 6:30 p.m. A round orange object with a halo of light alternating between yellow and blue and antennae on either side approached as described above. For two minutes, the object emitted a ray of light that hit the ground 10 feet from the children before it disappeared. A vertical trail was seen by an adult neighbor after the object disappeared. No sound was reported. No EM or physiological effects were reported
