At 11:07 p.m. December 3rd an Air Force fighter, call-sign
"Mailbag Red," was diverted from combat air patrol to investigate a UFO
over North Truro, Massachusetts. Only a file card on the case
exists in BLUE BOOK records. (I located a listing saying it was a
ground radar unit and explained as an aircraft - Fran Ridge) (Source:
