MADAR alert at site 142, Newburgh, Indiana, 2020-02-07 11-05-14
UTC [05:05:14 local CDT/EST]
At that same time Delta Lima Flight 1362 was near Benton,
Illinois, heading east at 35 zero and 531 mph.
7 mins and 50 secs later, at 05:13 a.m. (here) DL 1362 is south of
the Ohio River and near Mt. Vernon, Indiana:
"Center, DL 1362. Is there ...like a high-altitude
aircraft...going over us, in front of us, or not? Three satellites
going one
after another up there. ??????. OK.

DL1362 is then between Mt. Vernon, IN and Evansville, IN
and to our left (Newburgh MADAR Site), heading east at FL350
(flight
level 35,000') and 535 mph. No aircraft ahead of him or over him
at the time. AA851 is ahead and slightly to the right
about 75 miles.
Subsequently identified as StarLink satellites.
Analysis of MADAR data on 142:
Disturbance just 0.38 over threshold (shield).
MSV (Multiple Sensor Verification) requires min of 216.7 on low
end or 222.7 on the high end of the field reading.
MADAR Alert Search also shows anomaly at Norris City, Illinois 4
hours later.
