9:40 a.m. CST. A silver like object was seen moving west,  traveling slow and high and passed directly above Burke St. observer. The object was transparent as if made of glass or plastic. It seemed to have two people aboard, one in front and the other seemed to be sitting facing the back of' the capsule holding something large like a camera. The length of observation was not reported.

Fran Ridge:
The document quality is really bad, except for a letter from Quintanilla hoping (and groping?) to find a helicopter explanation. Although this is possible, the lack of sound with what is indicated as a encounter close enough to distinguish occupants would indicate this object was probably not a helicopter.
