BB 206. S of Corona, New Mexico. 10:15 p.m. Holloman AFB Asst. Maintenance Officer Risley while driving saw a yellowish-white ball of light at about 45° elevation descending at a 60° angle, changing color to orange with trailing flame, to just above a mountain range where it leveled off becoming bright blue-green traveling 10° E [?] until it dropped behind the mountain.
