UFO INTELLIGENCE SUMMARY SEPT 2024
The following NMS summary of potential sightings of interest is a monthly report filed by Jeremy Haslam, MADAR Project UFO Officer based on data from

NUFORC printout (National UFO Reporting Center). The number of entrys varies from 30-50 each month. This NMS list is then submitted to the MADAR Operations Officer.. Although some MUFON entries might have been listed, it is the job of each MUFON state group under Project MATCH  to provide MUFON listings of potential sightings of interest. Therefore, Non MADAR Sightings (NMS) are entries where MADAR DID NOT go into alert status, but the quality of the nearby sighting suggests that MADAR records be checked for significant spikes in the data short of trigger.

Fran Ridge, the MADAR Operations Officer, receives a copy of the NMS, then goes over each entry and selects incidents that he feels a scientist or serious researcher would consider as good supporting, documented evidence of some type of advanced aerial vehicle. Using an FI-5 Procedure Guide or Case Evaluation Worksheet he obtains the latitude and longitude of the sighting in order to generate a registration dot on the MADAR Map to see where the nearest MADAR site is in relation to the event. Based on the quality of the sighting and location he then looks at the magnetometer and compass data for that event datae/time. This NMS shows the status of each case. NUFORC UFO Sighting 182886, Occurred: 2024-09-02 21:00 Local – Approximate, Reported: 2024-09-02 19:05 Pacific, Duration: A couple minutes, No of observers: 1, Location: Crawford Corners, OH, USA, Location details: While I was driving on the highway heading north on 71 I saw it to my left, Shape: Disk, Color: White, Green and Red, Estimated Size: Size of a small plane, Viewed From: Land, Direction from Viewer: Northwest while heading north on 71 from Mansfield, Ohio, Angle of Elevation: 23, Closest Distance: About 2 miles west of the highway, Estimated Speed: Sitting still in the sky, Characteristics: Lights on object, Aura or haze around object, Changed Color. I was driving north on Highway 71 and watched it for 3 minutes till i drove past. There were three lights blinking on the side of the craft and it was sitting still in the sky. It was as high as a helicopter would be and seemed to be moving no where. *JH: Drawing attached.

NUFORC UFO Sighting 182915, Occurred: 2024-09-03 20:30 Local, Reported: 2024-09-04 18:27 Pacific, Duration: About 30 seconds, No of observers: 1, Location: Northampton, MA, USA, Location details: In a car at a stop light at the location marked; the object was above the road a bit to the south, Shape: Diamond, Color: Black, Estimated Size: 30 feet, Viewed From: Land, Direction from Viewer: South, Angle of Elevation: 72, Closest Distance: 100 feet above and 30 feet south, Estimated Speed: 2-20 mph (speed varied), Characteristics: Lights on object. Sighting of a black diamond shaped flying object about 30' wide with lights on each corner. The object first came into my view when I was driving south down Rt 5, also known as Mount Tom Road, in Northampton, Massachusetts near the I-91 S on ramp on the evening of 8/3/2024 at approximately 8:30pm. Initially, it appeared to be a set of lights suspended about 100 feet above the road. As I continued driving south, in the direction of the lights, I could then make out the entire object. It was a diamond shaped black flying object/craft about 30 feet wide and 100 feet above the ground. It was essentially flat but with a bit of an arced surface. It had very bright lights on all 4 corners. It was hovering and slowly moving north (in my direction) parallel to the road. During the majority of the sighting, I was stopped at a red light by the I-91N highway off ramp along with a good number of other cars. As it got closer, it eventually veered to the east and flew off in the direction of the Connecticut River and Skinner State Park (a mountain range). When flying off, it moved more quickly, perhaps 20-30mph and flew at somewhat of an angle. There were numerous cars stopped at the red light and there are thus likely other witnesses, given how large it was, how bright the lights were, and how close it was to us. It would have been impossible to miss. Additionally, when the light turned green, the cars did not initially move and then did so only very slowly. It's my presumption that we were all looking at the object. I am not inclined to believe in UFOs but I absolutely saw this object and when I got home and googled it, it did not seem that there are any identifiable flying objects of this sort. I do live near several military bases and am presuming this could be some sort of advanced military flying device, but wanted to report it here, to add to your research gathering. The observer making this report is an educated woman in her early 40s.

NUFORC UFO Sighting 182970, Occurred: 2024-09-05 11:37 Local, Reported: 2024-09-08 19:50 Pacific, Duration: 30min., No of observers: 2, Location: Oceanside, CA, USA, Location details: A park down the street from my home. Shape: Cigar, Color: White & metallic, Estimated Size: 4 meters long, 8’ wide and roughly 6-8’ in height. Viewed From: Land, Direction from Viewer: Approximately north west but more west. Angle of Elevation: 27, Closest Distance: In this instance 1 mile. Closest 100’, Estimated Speed: From zero to instantaneous, Characteristics: Lights on object, Emitted other objects, Changed Color, Possible abduction, Missing Time. Tic tac shaped object that’s completely seamless with no visible signs of propulsion. Will not discuss details over this website. I’m not looking to be famous or even known. I have photographic evidence along with physical proof.. not including the 15 sec clip I’m providing. I’ve also made contact in the past, on multiple locations with multiple witness’s… again I’m looking to keep to private but mainly looking for more answers.

NUFORC UFO Sighting 183014, Occurred: 2024-09-05 19:05 Local, Reported: 2024-09-12 16:38 Pacific, Duration: 10 seconds, No of observers: 1, Location: Poughkeepsie, NY, USA, Shape: Chevron, Color: Black, Viewed From: Land, Angle of Elevation: 45. Aircraft seen descending behind mountains in Hudson Valley, I was observing the sky from the roof of my apartment building in Poughkeepsie, looking toward the Mid-Hudson bridge. I saw a craft that was shaped like this: ￣V￣. It was all black and I initially thought it may be a bird or a drone, but was far too large for me to see it at such a distance above the mountains on the other side of the bridge. The craft would descend a bit, then "jump" back up a little, then descend a little more, jump up, and descend again until it disappeared behind the mountains. Just happened to notice this object flying maybe 100 mph over my neighbor's property from my property. *Two Pics

NUFORC UFO Sighting 182979, Occurred: 2024-09-09 14:45 Local – Approximate, Reported: 2024-09-09 14:15 Pacific, Duration: Less than a minute, No of observers: 1, Location: Pikeville, Kentucky, United States, Location details: Between HWY 1346 and 464 on Radio Rd, Shape: Triangle, Color: Dark flat metallic, Estimated Size: Very large, Viewed From: Land, Direction from Viewer: Driving southbound, Angle of Elevation: 50, Closest Distance: 500 ft, Estimated Speed: 100 mph, Characteristics: Aircraft nearby, Electrical or magnetic effects, Animals reacted. I was driving along Radio Rd when a large triangular craft flew across my line of vision and cast a half acre shadow across the ground. The object was extremely large and flying very low in thin clouds. I saw the color and general shape as it flew past in areas with very thin and no clouds. The shadow on the ground was approximately a half acre wide and moved at a rate of 80-100 mph. I grabbed my phone in hopes to snap a picture only to fine it powering down. My Bluetooth speaker also powered down as the incident occurred although my vehicle did not. I was taking my cat to the vet and she also acted very strange. She is very vocal as she doesn’t enjoy car rides. Throughout the duration of this incident she was silent. My windows were rolled down as well and there was not a single sound that I can recall. *JH: Military?

NUFORC UFO Sighting 183002, Occurred: 2024-09-11 18:00 Local, Reported: 2024-09-11 22:50 Pacific, Duration: About 1 minute or less, No of observers: 1, Location: Arden Hills, MN, USA, Location details: I-694 Eastbound before the Snelling overpass, Shape: Formation, Color: Black, Estimated Size: Unsure, Viewed From: Land, Direction from Viewer: East coming into view, then south going out of view. Angle of Elevation: 20, Closest Distance: 1/4 to 1/2 mile, Estimated Speed: Airplane speed. Formation of black rectangles low and fast across highway. No visible wings or tail fins. At about 6pm +/- 10 minutes, a formation of black rectangular flew across I-694 Eastbound at the Hamline/Snelling overpass. At about 1/2 mile from the overpass, formation was just north of the HWY, visible through windshield. Just before driving through the overpass, formation was visible south of the highway through the right front passenger window, maybe over valentine lake. Would guess about 5 objects in formation, but objects were very close together and hard to count while driving. No wings or tail fins visible. No flight data corresponding to time range, location, trajectory, or formation found on flightradar or ADSB replay. No clouds in sky, bright daylight, but slightly hazy from forest fire smoke, visibility around 10 miles. Curious to find out if military craft or something else.

Shape: Chevron, Color: Body looked silver, Estimated Size: Six cars side by side, Viewed From: Land, Direction from Viewer: North at 330 degrees, Angle of Elevation: 40, Closest Distance: 1/4 mile, Estimated Speed: Slow and then fast, Characteristics: Lights on object, Emitted beams. Was hovering over cattle field with big spotlight then it moved quick with no sound. At first thought it was military training because it stood still with a beam/spotlight but then it moved really fast towards us and made moves not rational to flying crafts known by man and made no sounds and then disappeared. *Pic

NUFORC UFO Sighting 183096, Occurred: 2024-09-15 04:31 Local, Reported: 2024-09-18 00:09 Pacific, Duration: 1 to 2 minutes, No of observers: 1, Location: Rockville Centre, NY, USA, Shape: Circle, Color: Metallic, Viewed From: Land, Direction from Viewer: It was headed East to Northwest, Angle of Elevation: 40, Closest Distance: The closest it was was probably 100 yards, Estimated Speed: It wasn’t moving that fast, Characteristics: Lights on object, Emitted beams, Changed Color. I was driving home and saw it for the 2nd time that night. I was talking to a friend earlier earlier that night and a whole other town when I see this object come over the trees flying low I asked my friend do he see that and what is it? He said it’s probably a plane And I said no, that’s a UFO. Later at night on my way home I’m on this long stretch of road, and when I turn the corner about a mile away, I see the whole street lit up and I see the same craft that I saw earlier that night so I went real fast, hopped out my car and started filming. *Vid  [Confusing data]

NUFORC UFO Sighting 183086, Occurred: 2024-09-16 23:45 Local – Approximate, Reported: 2024-09-17 15:21 Pacific, Duration: 1-2min, No of observers: 1, Location: Oberlin, OH, USA, Location details: It was hovering by the Old Barrows house, and hovered back into trees nearby, Shape: Disk, Color: dark, greyish, Estimated Size: maybe 1 meter diameter, Viewed From: Land, Direction from Viewer: 165° S, Angle of Elevation: 64, Closest Distance: 15 meters away, Estimated Speed: Quite slow cruising maybe 5 mph, Characteristics: Lights on object, Aura or haze around object, Made a sound. Walking home heard cries of what I thought was a woman, saw it, it slowly backed off and I ran like hell to get back once I realized. I had seen a disk shaped object with a rounded top. lights encircling the disk. this thing had a short cylinder beneath protruding from the disk. The noise coming from it was as if it were a musical drone. I had seen it walking home. I heard what I thought were the shouts of a woman. As I approached I saw that was not the case. The background was an old house with a large lawn with trees around it. [Garrettsville MADAR is 60 mi east, but no compelling data]

NUFORC UFO Sighting 183085, Occurred: 2024-09-17 05:14 Local, Reported: 2024-09-17 15:00 Pacific, Duration: 2 seconds, No of observers: 1, Location: Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, USA, Location details: Over A1A, Shape: Egg, Color: Neon lime green, Estimated Size: Rather small, Viewed From: Land, Direction from Viewer: West, Angle of Elevation: 30, Closest Distance: 100 yards, Estimated Speed: Slow to extremely fast, Characteristics: Aura or haze around object, Left a trail. Quick but clearly seen - Headed towards the entrance of my neighborhood in my car, the craft was slowly moving north on A1A approximately 100 feet off the ground. As I stopped my car and was watching it, it quickly changed directions and shot off at a high rate of speed and disappeared into a pocket of darkness. There were no other cars as this was super early in the morning but there was nothing for it to disappeared behind. The craft was shaped like a blow pop with the box ring in the middle. It was glowing bright like an orb of super lime green neonish. [checking madar

NUFORC UFO Sighting 183084, Occurred: 2024-09-17 14:25 Local, Reported: 2024-09-17 14:55 Pacific, Duration: 2 minutes, No of observers: 3 - Military - Aviation Expert, Location: Reef Station, CA, USA, Location details: 287.750N/376.125W, Shape: Cylinder, Color: gray, Estimated Size: unknown, Viewed From: Aircraft, Angle of Elevation: 45, Closest Distance: 10 feet, Estimated Speed: 3,000 mph. Gray cylinder passing 10ft underneath military aircraft - The Pilot of TROY21, a military B350 with onboard radar, reported a gray cylindrical object passing directly underneath the aircraft. The pilot estimated the object to be 10 feet under the aircraft when passing by. The pilot then reported observing the object via their onboard radar about 60 miles away. This report was about 1 min after the initial report. The pilot was on an IFR flight plan in direct communication with air traffic control. TROY21 was at an altitude of flight level 200 traveling northwest, and the object was traveling east. [Santa Barbara 57 had spikes 100 mile south- FOIA radar]

NUFORC UFO Sighting 183083, Occurred: 2024-09-17 14:26 Local, Reported: 2024-09-17 14:45 Pacific, Duration: 1 minute, No of observers: 2 - Aviation Expert, Location: Avenal, CA, USA, Location details: 287.750N/376.125W, Shape: Cylinder, Color: Black, Estimated Size: football, Viewed From: Aircraft, Direction from Viewer: NW, Closest Distance: 10ft, Estimated Speed: 60 miles per minute, Characteristics: Aircraft nearby. ATC report of Pilot Sighting. While working air traffic I received a report from a pilot of a military Kingair progressing the Avenal Navaid of a football sized black cylinder passing approximately 10ft. under their right wing. Within a minute the pilot's crew member was able to locate the object on their onboard radar at a bearing of 094 for their aircraft at a distance of roughly 60 miles. Shape: Orb, Color: Orange/fire, Estimated Size: It was almost like if you look at the moon, Viewed From: Land, Direction from Viewer: South, Angle of Elevation: 88, Closest Distance: Can't really tell, was super close to the trees. Estimated Speed: Was moving slow, Characteristics: Lights on object. Very orange orb, flying, super big. My husband was outside, in the deck of the house, back yard. We live in the country, just surrounded by farms and trees. He started seeing coming from the trees a weird orange light, he thought a first was a helicopter, but it was coming closer in the sky, very big, he called me to see and we called his mom also. In between the trees, this giant orange orb/sphere, seemed almost was on fire, was flying slow in the sky. Looked like the size of the moon, was really big and moving slow, and suddenly made a weird movement, right to left. No sound, no smells, trails. And keep moving slow until the trees didn't let us continue seeing it but since it was slow, I ran in the bedroom and grabbed my phone to try to record it. My husband told me it disappeared after we couldn't see more because the trees, so we walked very fast try to see where it goes, again was slow moving, but we didn't see anything else, until we look in the other side of the street, very far now, could see a small light, orange, static in the air. No moving. Was really impossible to understand how was so slow and suddenly appears to the other side, super far away. We looked for a minutes, but decided go back in the house, was kind of scary. After 30 minutes we go back to see and it already disappeared. And today around 6 am. My husband saw another bright orange orbs between the trees behind our house. And just suddenly disappear also.

Craft at approximately 600-800ft altitude, no sound, stationary, rapidly changing, pulsating multicolored lights. Hovering for hours. Light with rapidly oscillating/pulsating multicolor, hovering in place, approximately 600-800ft in altitude (I live in flight zone, and have flight app showing altitudes of overhead passing planes), was stationary for hours. *Video of craft. NUFORC UFO Sighting 183211, Occurred: 2024-09-22 01:30 Local, Reported: 2024-09-26 14:44 Pacific, Duration: 5 min, No of observers: 1 – Pilot, Location: La Crosse, WI, USA, Shape: Orb, Color: blue green, Estimated Size: Football field and car size, Viewed From: Land, Direction from Viewer: 220 degrees, Angle of Elevation: 20, Closest Distance: 3-5 miles, Estimated Speed: 1500 kts plus, Characteristics: Lights on object. Hovering above the ground and then accelerated away a great speed. I viewed the first object from about 7 miles away at about 1:30am. There was a thin overcast. It had a glowing dim blue green light it gave off while hovering in the base of the thin cloud deck layer about 1500 feet about the ground. It was fairly large maybe a football field length. I'm a commercial pilot with a lot of aviation experience and it wasn't anything I've ever seen before in my entire life. It looked like it went straight up into and possibly above the thin overcast and then I saw an orb like object departing from where I saw it leave my sight. This orb was much smaller and accelerated at a steady rate to a speed nothing that I've ever seen do before. No sound. I would say it was about 3-5 miles away leaving to the north of the city from left to right at a very gradual climb as I viewed it and it was slightly above or perhaps in the thin layer of clouds. It was blue green in color. I drove to where I first saw the object and there's a marsh area and a substation with a lot of heavy powerlines in a wet lands area. [MADAR is 270 mi to the SE but witness was anonymous]

NUFORC UFO Sighting 183179, Occurred: 2024-09-24 20:22 Local, Reported: 2024-09-24 18:43 Pacific, Duration: 2 minutes, No of observers: 2, Location: Angie, LA, USA, Shape: Cigar, Color: Unknown, Estimated Size: At least a few hundred feet. Viewed From: Land, Direction from Viewer: Directly overhead. Angle of Elevation: 90, Closest Distance: A couple hundred yards. Estimated Speed: Unknown, Characteristics: Lights on object, Aura or haze around object. While outside on my back porch I saw a weird light coming over the tree line. The object was moving at a very low altitude and a very low speed. It was a very long object that made absolutely no mechanical noise. I heard some air moving around the object but heard no other noise. After a few seconds of looking at it fly over the house, I took out my phone and recorded a video of it. After videoing for about 30 seconds I stopped recording and ran inside to get my mother as a second witness. There was also a kind of rose gold colored aura coming from the back end of the object, but this could have been fumes glistening in the lights on the back of the object. NUFORC UFO Sighting 183215, Occurred: 2024-09-25 21:01 Local, Reported: 2024-09-26 22:23 Pacific, Duration: 5 minutes, No of observers: 2, Location: Columbiana, OH, USA, Location details: Farm field off of Route 7, Shape: Changing, Color: white lights, Estimated Size: 30 feet, Viewed From: Land, Direction from Viewer: Northeast, Angle of Elevation: 32, Closest Distance: 100 feet from the road, Estimated Speed: Hovering, Characteristics: Lights on object. The craft change shape from triangle to boomerang shape. Craft was hovering about two hundred feet above the ground. Lights were from one end to the other. [XXXX]

NUFORC UFO Sighting 183226, Occurred: 2024-09-27 14:00 Local, Reported: 2024-09-27 18:10 Pacific, Duration: 15 secs., No of observers: 1, Location: Las Vegas, NV, USA, Location details: I was driving north on Buffalo Drive, had passed Albertson's, had not reached W. Lake Mead Blvd. Shape: Unknown, Color: Bright white, Estimated Size: 20 to 30 feet across, each. Viewed From: Land, Direction from Viewer: North-West, Angle of Elevation: 60, Closest Distance: 200 feet, Estimated Speed: 30 mph, Characteristics: Lights on object. Driving north on Buffalo Dr., when appearing above and in front of me were 3 objects of unusual shape, close in (100-300 ft. away). I was driving north on Buffalo Drive, approaching W. Lake Mead Blvd. It was a clear day. Suddenly, at about a 60 to 70 degree angle above me, moving westward, close in, appeared three shiny objects, each 20 to 30 feet in size. They had very odd shapes, looking like nothing I had ever seen before. They were not birds, drones, or any aircraft I was familiar with. Then one of the objects vanished, then another vanished, then the final one vanished. I looked carefully for their presence, but they were gone. As I mentioned, this was a close sighting, probably one to three hundred feet from me. I was shocked and dumbfounded.
