Greetings, XXXXXX
And welcome aboard the MADAR Project Team. The first thing we
want to do is get you set up in the MADAR101 Instruction Series.
You can begin your training while your MADAR dataProbe is being
fabricated and programmed at our tech support site at Helotes,
Texas.
https://www.nicap.org/match/MADAR_101/
The folder has both the quick setup and the detailed setup, on
lines 3 and 4. We suggest you read the detailed version as soon
as possible.

When you get your dataProbe via Priority Mail it will include
the 4-page quick set-up guide. You can always access both the
quick and the detailed versions from the MADAR101 folder if you
ever need to. You can also contact me or our MADAR Project
Continuity Officer
Steve Foss
foss.madar249@gmail.com
if you need any additional help.
Your MADAR unit includes:
1) the dataProbe
2) the power adaptor
3) a 10' Ethernet cable
4) 4-page quick set-up instructions
The MADAR Network continues to grow in the United States, and 11
countries including Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland,
Japan, the Netherlands, Philippines, Switzerland, the United
Kingdom and Norway. The MADAR Project currently has 231 sites,
with 186 running and 48 in various stages. Presently, 66, or 29%
are now DAS-equipped, which means the site teams can be alerted
by an alarm system, go out and gather more data with selected
equipment. Very soon anyone with a GMC-500 geiger counter will
be able to plug this device into their MADAR and have readings
logged right on their spreadsheets! And more surprises are in
the works. The project has 280 members. 47 are run by
MUFON members.
