Column 4 shows the field spike of 11.62 milligaus mentioned by the Op at site 82 at Pine City, New York just across the border from Pennsylvania. It needs to be pointed out that readings "under-trigger" are read and printed out at the 60-second status rate, and jump to the 1-second rate upon alert rate, which did not happen at Pine City since the shield or threshold was set at 25. Note the top line, however, in column 3. This is the compass heading, 8 minutes after the sighting and alert at Millerton, Pennsylvania (less than 6 miles away) on October 11. It doesn't quite meet the MSV protocol of 3 degrees, but is suspiciously close at 2.58 degrees and still fairly significant, also logged at the status rate of one line per minute. Readers should also look at the spreadsheet segment for node 104, the site that was triggered and started the whole episode. (Fran Ridge)
