This
worksheet is designed to assess the possibility of a correlation
with a qualifying potential sighting of interest and a credited
MADAR anomaly and involves working with the known sighting date
and time in UTC and the immediate state, or sometimes the
adjoining state. If that protocol is met, the sighting and node
locations will be taken into consideration.
1. INITIAL SOURCE:
January 10, 2021; Festus,
Missouri
9:00 am. Silver disc was reported hovering. Move left to right to
stationary hover. It seem to be watching them, then shot off
straight up. (MUFON CMS 113331)
Witness Interview
Witness was interviewed by phone on 1/24/2021 at 5:00 pm . The
witness and a buddy were taking a walk in the woods near his
house. His buddy sighted the craft first and they zoomed in on the
object and started taking pictures. The craft went out of hover in
a unbelievable speed, first left, then right, then zoomed up and
away as the witness described it “at a speed faster than anything
they had ever seen”. The witness has had sightings since childhood
of orbs and once at 16 sighted, at the river, a large pulsing
purple orb that gave out electric tendrils and other smaller orbs.
The witness seems very credible and stable.
2. NUFORC DATA CHECK:
A nurforc check for the date in question, along with a check
for dates prior and dates subsequent turned up the following:
Witnesses observed and photographed a silver disc-shaped
object which maneuvered at high speed after hovering.
10/26/21

right to stationary hover. It seem to be watching them, then
shot off straight up.
3. MUFON CMS CHECK:
Also, a CMS check for the date of this sighting included a
check for all states to check out Indiana as well
The search result is limited to max 50

7. COMMENTS:
There were two anomalies recorded at St. Louis but the first is a
correlation with the sighting at Festus, Missouri within 10
minutes and 30 miles. The time of the sighting was called in as
9:00 am but the MADAR hit is a documented anomaly, UTC-dated as
15:10:47 or 9:11 CST. There were no alibies. With the compass
heading change exceeding the 3-degree plus protocols (col. 3) this
event appears to be an MSV (multi sensor verification). Provided
the potential sighting of interest at Festus is certified as an
unknown, this would appear to be a good MADAR correlation.
