This
worksheet is designed to assess the possibility of a correlation
with a qualifying potential sighting of interest and a credited
MADAR anomaly and involves working with the known sighting date
and time in UTC and the immediate state, or sometimes the
adjoining state. If that protocol is met, the sighting and node
locations will be taken into consideration.

able to see it for about 6 to 10 seconds as it descended behind
the trees / hill sharply turning north towards Cedar Mountain and
were able to clearly see the underside of it. It had three white

7. COMMENTS:
MADAR Node 151
listed as Manchester on our MADAR Map is an experimental field
unit actually located in Newington. Both units Node 106 and
151 were located at 38 Tunxis Rd in Newington at that time, about
two miles from Cedar Mountain area where the triangle was seen.
It was seen much closer from the witness' mother's driveway
roughly 1/2 mile and was backlit from the city lights in Hartford.
