This worksheet is designed to assess the possibility of a correlation with a qualifying potential sighting of interest and a credited MADAR anomaly and involves working with the known sighting date and time in UTC and the immediate state, or sometimes the adjoining state. If that protocol is met, the sighting and node locations will be taken into consideration.

1. INITIAL SOURCE:

May 15, 2022; Surprise, Arizona. At 11:54 pm MST, four boomerang shaped objects appeared to be “cloaking” as they moved from south to north. At first, two smaller white objects appeared to reflect the moonlight. Objects changed direction and moved quickly, appearing and then disappearing after about four seconds. Five minutes later a MASSIVE boomerang shaped object appeared moving in a straight line, same speed. This much larger boomerang not only reflected the moon light (faint white) but it also had a “glittery” gold color as it also moved across the sky. Appearing and disappearing after about 4-5 seconds. No sound was made. Approximently four minutes later the witness watched another smaller boomerang shaped object move across the sky from west to east, again changing direction after about 2-3 seconds. The best way he could describe the color was that the craft was “cloaking” but was unable to mask the reflection of light coming off the full moon. He had no explanation for the “glittery gold” color the larger object appeared to show. The larger object must have been at least 2-3 miles across. He said he couldn't express enough how large this object was. The time was between 11:45-11:55 PM. Looking straight up as the craft moved from the south (Luke Air Force base) to the North (Lake Pleasant) No clouds in the sky. (NUFORC)

August 21, MUFON AZ was alerted and provided contact information.

The four boomerangs appeared to be cloaking at 11:54 (6:54:19) when the field reading raised slightly to 3.38 (col. 4). The compass (col.3) moved over 11 degrees. Over 8 mins both field and compass varied, especially the first 5 mins.  The sighting lasted from 11:45 to 11:55.
