I.   DESCRIPTION OF INCIDENT

MADAR site 209 had an alert at 16:53. Op checked his Allsky 7 Camera. See attached two videos. Op doesn't think the target was a meteor as it was visible during the day and going too slow. Radiation readings never went above background. May have sound or infrasound. Op submitted an email in to AMS to see what they thought.
