FORM 112 - MADAR SIGHTING
INFORMATION REPORT
PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA - OCTOBER 12,
2022
I. DESCRIPTION OF INCIDENT
October 12, 2022;
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
1:00 am EDT. An object with a red light was slowly flying parallel
over the Ben Franklin Bridge in Philadelphia, approximately one
mile from where the witness was standing. Witness did not pay much
attention to the object until it passed behind a building and
immediately came back from behind the building. The first thought
was that it was too quick to do this and it did not seem to be
flying backwards. It continued slowly flying back to its original
position hovering over the bridge for about one minute. Then,
suddenly, it flew toward the witness and stopped about 20 feet
away. The time it took to fly from its position over the bridge to
the position 20 feet in front was less than a blink of an eye.
Right before that the witness could see a tail behind the object,
an after-image created from the speed of the object and the red
light. As it hovered in front of the witness for some reason the
object could not be seen clearly. Object was fuzzy and one could
see almost like an outline and the red light was on the bottom of
the craft, but no navigation lights. There were no wings and the
object seemed to be the size of a small bus, and it hovered in
silence. As it started to fly away, the red light was now seen to
be actually the outer rim of an opening with a bright white light
in the middle. Living in an apartment building with possibly
8-9 apartments on each side, and on the 27th floor with another
4-5 floors above that, the observer at standing position saw it
fly away. It did not arch up as most crafts would require and
simply raised up and flew away. Witness' background is computer
technology. (NUFORC).
II - MADAR DATA
The sighting location at Philadelphia is 25 miles south of the
MADAR site at Furlong, node 38. Sighting times such as 1:00 am are
usually estimates and not so precise and 3 minutes later at
1:03 AM (5:03 UTC) there was a spike in the
magnetometer reading of 8.62 milligaus. Most notable, though, was
the compass heading change far exceeded a 3 degree
fuxuation from 117 degrees to 137 degrees.
