MADAR & A CLOAKED UFO ?...

Alert occurred at 7:20 AM local. Op had been alone in the radio room. went out "in a flash" but didn't see anything. However whatever had triggered the MADAR had also caused a power outage, He reported loss all power, even his radios that are on battery backup. How long was the power outage? MADAR data shows no data or time loss. Skies generally clear, stars visible but sun just coming up, low mist, temp 29 degrees f, winds from south at 5 km/hr. area, rural. "Cattle across the valley were very upset, not just making a lot of noise, but jumping and running around" That evening at about midnight, but over 200 miles to the SE there was a major close encounter. May 12, 2020; Gulph Mills, Pennsylvania (listed as May 13, 00:00 hours) Midnight. Driving on I-76 near Gulf Mills a craft with red blinking lights was seen going back in forth over the hill side, then just suddenly stopped and started beaming a blue beam of light down on the highway. Object was zig-zagging with the the light on the hills & the highway for about 1 to 2 mins. Object was cigar shaped with red, blue, green, orange & yellow lights that blinked on and off, but never at the same time. There were more of the red (lights) some which did stay on the whole time but there were also red blinking lights. The lightbeam came from the middle & it was daylight blue in color. Witnesses recorded the event but they were too late to catch the beam coming out of it, but still got the craft. The encounter scared the hell out of the witnesses, then zipped away like nothing ever never happened. Whole experience 2 - 4mins.
