FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: MARCH 2022 ISSUE

NEW MADAR SITES

Michael McDowell is a new Operator at node 197 at Edmonds, Oklahoma. Oklahoma now has three MADAR sites.

OTHER NEWS
On January 31st, the Missouri MUFON group appointed James Bair at node 40 to be their Chief MADAR Analyst. His job will be to collect all reports coming into Missouri and to notify the investigators on any cases with MADAR hits. Every state should have someone dedicated to do this. I have referred to such persons as state MADAR UFO officers as not all states are covered by MUFON. Our national CMA is Jeremy Haslam.

HOW EVEN THOSE WITHOUT A MADAR CAN HELP
Obviously one can support the effort with donations, some of which can go to nodes near missile sites or strategic areas near the Ukraine or North Korea, etc. But there is a way for those interested, who don't even have a MADAR unit, to take part in "MADAR Watches".

All that you need is your computer. But the best way to take part in a "MADAR Watch" is with an additional computer. This can be an old laptop or an old tower with XP. This way you can do important work and still take part in a "watch". I have my "watch" computer monitor to my left at my workstation at MADAR Operations. I have madar.site/ running 24/7.  The area under surveillance could be the Ukraine and the four nodes to the left at Dublin, Ireland, Ceuse, France, Bos Cha, Switzerland and Dusseldorf, Germany. Or it could be near your location with the nodes in your state. You can pump up the area or widen it to suit your watch area. At the top of the web page there is a Sound On alert box. If you check that, everytime a MADAR picks up an anomaly, the klaxon will sound.

Making it even more interesting you can have a scanner monitoring aircraft and/or police frequencies. The output from the scanners can be fed into the computer input and with the Open Broadcast Software studio you can record the watch for many hours.

If any nodes go on-alert during your watch you should note if one of the nodes on your MADAR screen turns red. If the target causing the anomaly is moving you might see the node turn back to light blue and a node nearby go red. This could very well indicate a moving target. If a node near you goes on alert it would pay you to go outside and look in that direction.

One of the things we are working on is a system called Moving Target Loop. With this system one could scroll over to the area you wish  and pump it up to your needs, punch in a time period and hit run. This would display your loop at 12X and you could easily observe the node registration dots changing colors back and forth.

MADAR Watches are an interesting companion while you work and could be of significant value to the MADAR Project, and all you need is old pc connected to the internet.
