NEWEST MADAR SITES
Pam
Broussard runs the new MADAR site at Alberton, Montana, 120
miles NW of our other site at Helena. David Kraemer is the
operator of the MADAR site 211 at Liberty, Missouri. the seventh
node for that very active state. The MADAR Network currently
operates in the United States, Australia, Canada, France,
Germany, Ireland, Japan, the Philippines, Switzerland, and the
United Kingdom. The program has 146 sites running and presently,
50, or 34% are now DAS-equipped, which means the site teams can
be alerted by an alarm system, go out and gather more data with
selected equipment. The project has 194 members.
A JOB PAYING OFF
The first thing I want to do is give
one of our 196 MADAR members a grand salute. Jeremy Haslam
operates node 154 in Woodbine, Georgia. and is one of our
unsung heroes. He has the meticulous and tedius job of going
over databases as MADAR UFO OFFICER, looking for potential
sightings of interest that might have a MADAR connection.
MUFON states have that responsibility under Project MATCH when
it comes to their own states, but Jeremy has the major chore
of going over the NUFORC data each month. He usually finds
about 12-18 candidates and puts them into a monthly intel
summary he calls, "Analyical Notes - NMS Sightings From
NUFORC". I find it rather ironic that the summary deals with
NMS events, which means the incidents are not primary MADAR
events. These are not "code blues". MADAR did not trigger in
any of these sightings. They are just deemed good enough to
warrant us checking MADAR data anyway, looking for spikes in
our sensors short of triggering. Right after the invasion of
the Ukraine, beginning in March, the caliber or quality of UAP
events became reminiscent of the 1970s and 80's, and suddenly
MUFON investigators were at work on these leads which were
turning into paydirt.
As I write this update we currently have ongoing
investigations going on in Oregon, West Virginia, Missouri,
Florida, Colorado, Georgia, Washington and Connecticut. These
are all what we classify as "secondaries". When the sightings
occurred, nearby MADAR nodes were showing techically
interesting numbers. And in some cases multiple sightings were
found. The most interesting and somewhat disturbing incident
involved almost certainly an abduction of an adult couple,
preceded by a stalking phase and projection of a blue light
beam which may be exactly what I had predicted years ago,
spikes in nearby MADAR data. Getting these cases fully
documented will take a little time, but this is paying off.
And that's why we need help. Not all states are cooperating.
AFL-200-5
Some of you are aware of a once restricted Air Force directive
called Air Force Letter 200-5. I'll make this brief, as it
refers to something we have been plagued with that is now been
remedied. When Captain Edward Ruppelt ran Project Blue Book in
its better days, in order to get things done and bypass a lot
of the red tape that was bogging the project down, in April of
1952 they created a directive that allowed the project to jump
the chain of command. This was a very valuable and
unprecidented move. In July of 2018 we introduced a plan
called Project MATCH. What this unwritten plan said was MUFON
would be the investigative agency, even though many MADAR ops
were MUFON personnel and this might be construed by some to be
a conflict of interest, and that procedures and protocols
would be simplified. States would assign investigators as soon
as possible to priority cases such as passive radar, radar,
and madar incidents. These types of events would be moved to
the forefront and documented as soon as possible. The results
have been astounding and one can see this as we release the
processed cases during the next few months.
