The MADAR Network continues to grow at a phenomenal rate in the United States, and on into Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Japan, the Netherlands, Philippines, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. The MADAR Project currently has 137 sites running with 56 in various stages. Presently, 69, or 50% are now DAS-equipped, which means the site teams can be alerted by an alarm system, go out and gather more data with selected equipment. The project has  255 members.

UPGRADE TO LEVEL II
If anyone wants to upgrade to a Level-II, all they have to do is add a DAS (about $20) and/or the SMS, or find somebody nearby who wants to "slide down the pole" when the action starts. That's something I wouldn't pass up.
